Building Impact Funds

Engaged by the Asia Community Foundation to collaborate with ACF’s start-up team to identify and articulate the organisation’s vision and mission, while leading the launch of its inaugural impact funds to secure multi-year, unrestricted funding for charities and nonprofits supporting underserved communities across Southeast Asia.

​Secured ~$20,000,000 in potential funding opportunities for 10+ nonprofit partners through the July 2024 launch of the first batch of impact funds through strategic discussions and engagements with the donors and nonprofit partners. Enhanced the clarity of the organisation’s business model, offerings, and functions through strategic communications, driving stronger internal alignment and consistency in external messaging.
